What is "MISSIONS"?
the efforts and strategies to glorify God and fulfill the Great Commission (see Matthew 28:19-20) by demonstrating Christ-like compassion and declaring the Gospel to the ends of the earth.

Missions at Rock Bridge is focused on the following core activities:

• Declaring the Gospel: We want to share the message of God’s love and grace to all as intentionally and strategically as possible. We believe a person’s greatest need is to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. This message has the power to transform, not only an individual, but entire families and communities.

• Meeting basic needs: Many people do not have access to food, water, clothing, or other basic necessities. In Jesus’ Name, we seek to provide these basic needs. We are specifically focused on meeting the needs of children.

• Strategic Partnerships: We seek to work with other like-minded organizations, agencies, and missionaries to declare the Gospel.

• The Local Church: We desire to work with and strengthen local churches. We believe the local church is the hope of the world and where disciple making best occurs.

• To the ends of the earth: Missions is not limited to where we are physically located. God commands us to be involved with impacting the nations for Christ locally, regionally, nationally, and globally (see Acts 1:8). We are engaged in missions here in Northwest Georgia AND to the ends of the earth.
